OurPetGroomer.com ("we," "us," "our") operates an online pet grooming directory. We provide listing visibility services to grooming businesses ("Groomers") and informational resources to pet owners. By claiming or upgrading a listing, you agree to these Terms.
Paid listing tiers (Verified, Featured, Spotlight) are advertising services — we sell visibility and prominence within our directory. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC NUMBER OF LEADS, CALLS, CLICKS, OR CUSTOMERS. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your location, competition, service quality, and seasonal demand. Purchasing a listing upgrade does not guarantee business results.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY
MONTHLY AND ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL CANCELED. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months. For annual subscriptions, we will email you a renewal reminder at least 30 days before your renewal date. Cancel anytime from your dashboard at ourpetgroomer.com/dashboard/billing or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it on each renewal date. All prices are USD. Failed payments result in a 7-day grace period before your listing reverts to Free tier. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
You are responsible for accuracy of all listing information including business name, address, phone, services, and photos. You must not upload content you do not own rights to. We reserve the right to remove content that is false, misleading, or inappropriate.
Many listings on OurPetGroomer.com were sourced from publicly available information prior to this Terms of Service. By claiming a listing, you confirm authorization to manage the business listed. To remove an unclaimed listing, contact [email protected].
OurPetGroomer.com is a technology platform and directory. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or pet care provider. Listed groomers are independent businesses. We are not responsible for services provided by listed groomers.
By uploading content to your listing, you grant OurPetGroomer.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on our platform for the purpose of operating your listing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OURPETGROOMER.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which OurPetGroomer.com is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By providing your phone number and opting in to text message notifications, you consent to receive appointment-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message. Help: Reply HELP or contact [email protected]. Consent is not required for purchase.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
